Eduardo has over 30 years of experience as an engineer working in the Heavy Engineering, Mining, Defence and Maintenance Service industries across Australasian markets. This includes China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Pacific Rim. With commercial and technical expertise in the global mining sector, Eduardo has the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels from SME’s and large organisations through to Governments and their related entities.
Eduardo’s previous directorships include Louminco, Whyalla Fabrications, E&A Contractors, Heavymech, ILS (Hong Kong), ACM. He was also a Senior Executive within the EAL Limited Group, a publicly listed entity (ASX) since 2007.
Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and is a certified welding supervisor.
He is a Member of the Regional Development Board – Whyalla & Eyre Peninsula, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of Ai Group, Member of the Advisory Committee to the Industry Capability Network of SA and the President of the Latin American Society of South Australia. He was also the President of the Australia-Chile Chamber of Commerce and participated in the 2009 Free Trade Agreement between Australia and Chile as a council member for the Australian Committee.
